“I am a Primary Care Physician practicing primarily with the NIS (Neural Integration System). Due to a traumatic accident over a decade ago my disc between L4 and L5 was damaged to the point that the fluid actually ruptured upward through my spinal cord to the L3 level. “I had been working hard in my garage one evening and the next day my right forearm and wrist felt like they were sprained. I used the REGEN and redlight mat for about half an hour. It was so relaxing and the next day it was as if it never happened. On another occasion I had overly worked my left arm, resulting in some tendon discomfort.
